About the Therapist
My name is Mike Hadden. I was drawn to study CranioSacral Therapy by my own experience of its effects. It gave me a sense of embodied well-being; I felt restored and reconnected to the deeper levels of myself; more fully alive. I liked the gentle grounded meditative approach of the therapy and the combination of centering practice and body awareness involved in the work. I trained with the Institute of CranioSacral Studies and graduated in 2006. Before that I worked as a teacher. I also offer therapy as a volunteer at a local charity and am currently training in Integrative Baby Therapy (See the Integrative Baby Therapy page) . I live in Tyberton, Herefordshire with my wife and daughter.
Appointments
CranioSacral Therapy Appointments usually last for one hour.
During the first session we will spend some time discussing your needs and I will take a case history.
Sessions can take place at my home in Tyberton near Madley or at the Hereford Centre for Natural Health which is near the Belmont Community Centre in Hereford.

Home visits are also possible by arrangement.
Integrative Baby Therapy appointments are only possible in Tyberton and will need some preliminary discussion before you come.
